Additional Information
- No Timeshare Requirement: You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you will not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Reservation Ownership: Once reservations are confirmed in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. Arrival on the first night is not mandatory.
- Non-Smoking Policy: All units and buildings are non-smoking.
- Occupancy and Check-out: The resort enforces occupancy limits and check-out times. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Check-in Requirements: A credit card imprint and picture ID are necessary at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
