This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be 21 years of age or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

1. No Timeshare Required: You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. You also do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
2. Reservation Ownership: Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. The reservation will be held for the specified time, but no refunds or extra nights will be granted for unused nights.
3. Non-Smoking Policy: The resort has a strict non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
4. Check-in/Check-out: The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee will apply for guests checking out past the deadline.
5. No Pets Allowed.
6. Check-in Requirements: A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
