This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be at least 21 years old. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are also required.

Additional Information
- No timeshare ownership or attendance at a Timeshare Sales presentation is required to bid.
- Once reservations are made, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You don’t need to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds or additional nights will be provided for unused stays.
- The resort maintains a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply for departures past the deadline.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
