How to Bid
Your bid is the complete total, with no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange to get a guest certificate in your name.
This certificate will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be at least 21 years old. You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges.
