This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be at least 21 years old. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

My wife and I enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham and are Platinum members, the top level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally, we can’t use all of our Wyndham vacations, so we list them on eBay for others to enjoy. This helps us recover some costs, making it a win-win for both parties. Additional Helpful Hints
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. You also do not need to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night.

- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times: Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee applies for late departures.
- No pets are allowed.
