This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, a photo ID, and a credit card for incidental charges. You must be 21 years or older to check in.

- You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds are provided for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
