How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount you pay, with no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name.
The certificate will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be at least 21 years old. A photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges are required.

- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You don’t need to arrive on the first night.

- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times: Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
