- Bidding: Your bid is the complete total you have to pay, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, or cleaning fees. I will cover the fee for your guest confirmation with Wyndham Resorts.
- Guest Certificate: This condo is currently reserved in my name. I will arrange for Wyndham to issue a guest certificate in your name. The registered guest must check in with this certificate and be 21 years or older. A photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges will be required.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. A $100 incidental fee will be charged at check-in (Visa®, MasterCard®, or American Express®). Note that the second bedroom in the 2-Bedroom Pool View suites is a small room with bunk beds and no closet.

Important Notes
- You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night. Reservations will be held for the specified period; however, there are no refunds for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times strictly. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.; late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
