This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which can be sent via email or mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years or older. You’ll also need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges.
About the Seller

Additional Information
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night; your reservation will be held for the specified period. No refunds or extra nights will be provided for unused stays.
- The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply for departures after the deadline.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
