How to Bid
Your bid covers the total amount you will pay, excluding optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. When comparing to hotel rates, remember that additional fees can add 8-15% or more to your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or post as requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

- Occupancy and Check-Out: The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee may apply.
