This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, and you must bring this certificate with you. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced. You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges.

Additional Helpful Hints

1. You do not have to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the specified time. If you don’t arrive, it will sit empty. However, there will be no nights added for any unused nights, and no refunds.
3. The resort has a non-smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4. The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is usually at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
