This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name. This certificate can be sent via email or postal mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must bring the certificate. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in. A photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges are required.

My wife and I enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. As Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, we sometimes cannot use all our vacations in a given year. Additional Helpful Hints
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. If you don’t arrive, the reservation will sit empty, and no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort will enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is usually at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
