The condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or mail. The registered guest must check in with the certificate and be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are also required.

About the Seller

Additional Information

1. No timeshare ownership or attendance at a Timeshare Sales presentation is required to bid.
2. Once reservations are made, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You don’t have to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds or extra nights will be provided for unused stays.
3. The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
4. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply for departures after the deadline.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
