How to Bid
Your bid is the total cost for the condo rental, with no hidden charges, sales tax, or cleaning fees. This can save you 8% to 15% compared to hotel stays.
The condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or post. The registered guest must check in with this certificate and be at least 21 years old. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are also required.

Additional Information
- You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a Timeshare Sales presentation to bid.
- Once reservations are made, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You don’t have to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds or extra nights will be provided for unused stays.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees apply for departures after the deadline.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
