This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must be 21 years or older. Please bring the certificate, a photo ID, and a credit card for incidental charges.

My wife and I enjoy traveling with Wyndham and are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts. Occasionally, we cannot use all our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve and offer them on eBay for others to enjoy. This helps us recover some costs, making it a win-win! Important Information
- No Timeshare Ownership Required: You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a sales presentation.
- Reservation Policy: Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds are available for unused nights.
- Non-Smoking Policy: The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-Out and Occupancy: The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times (typically 4:00 PM check-in; 10:00 AM check-out). Late check-out fees may apply.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Check-In Requirements: A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
