This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent to you via email or mail, as requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must bring this certificate. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced. You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges.

As Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, we occasionally cannot use all of our vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Helpful Hints:
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. No attendance at a timeshare sales presentation is required.
