• Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage (connects to resort via overhead covered walkway for a fee).
• We are unable to provide parking for boats or trailers in the parking garage.
• All one-bedroom suites only provide a hallway view.
• This is a non-smoking resort.
• The South Tower common areas, gym, and garage are not managed by Travel + Leisure Co., so your experience may vary.
• Standard 2-bedroom lock-offs may have a view of the ocean. The 2-bedroom deluxe lock-offs have street and intercoastal views. Views are not guaranteed.
• The lazy river and waterslide, located in the south tower, are not managed by Wyndham Ocean Walk and may be subject to unexpected closures. For questions and concerns, please contact the resort.
• A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check-in.

How to Bid

Your bid on this condo rental is the complete total of what you have to pay, excluding normal optional purchases.

• There are no hidden charges, no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees. Be sure to check these extras if you are comparing to a hotel room; they can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
• This condo is currently reserved in my name. When purchased, I will make arrangements to get a guest certificate in your name.
• This guest certificate will be sent to you via email, post-marked mail, or any method requested.
• The registered guest must be present at check-in, and you must bring this certificate with you at check-in. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced.
• You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the top level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally, we are unable to use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Additional Helpful Hints

1. You do not have to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation—ABSOLUTELY NOT.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the time period specified in the auction. If you don’t arrive, it will sit empty. No nights will be added for unused nights, and no refunds will be given.
3. The resort has a non-smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4. The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in time is typically 4:00 PM daily; check-out time is typically 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee will be assessed for any guests checking out past the deadline.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Any damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.

9. All 1 Bedroom Suites only have a hallway view.
