• Parking: Free parking for one vehicle per unit in our garages; additional vehicles can park across the street at the Ocean Walk Village Garage (connects to the resort via an overhead covered walkway for a fee).
• Boats/Trailers: Parking for boats or trailers is not available in the garage.
• Views: All one-bedroom suites provide only a hallway view. The lazy river and waterslide are managed by a different entity and may be subject to unexpected closures.
• Non-Smoking: This is a non-smoking resort.
• Security Deposit: A credit card is required for a $250 security deposit at check-in.

How to Bid

Your bid on this condo rental covers the complete total, excluding any normal optional purchases.

• There are no hidden charges, no sales tax, no lodging tax, and no cleaning fees. Be sure to check for additional fees if comparing to hotel rates, as they can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
• The condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name.
• This certificate will be sent via email, post, or your preferred method. The registered guest must be present at check-in and bring this certificate. You must be 21 years or older to check in, and these procedures are strictly enforced.
• A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

1. No Ownership Required: You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. No timeshare sales presentation is required.

You do not need to arrive on the first night; if you don’t arrive, the reservation will still be held for the specified period—no nights will be added for unused nights, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Smoking Policy: The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in units and buildings.
4. Occupancy & Check-Out: The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee applies for late departures.
5. No Pets Allowed.
6. Check-In Requirements: A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Any damages or issues are the guest’s responsibility.
7. Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted.
