Helpful Hints
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in.
- Parking is available at the on-site garage for $12 per stay (non-owners $15).
- Beach, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, activity and fitness rooms are on-site or within walking distance. A car is recommended for golf courses, tennis courts, and other amenities not owned or managed by Wyndham.
- Only deluxe suites offer a partial ocean view from the balcony.
- RVs and trailers are not permitted on the property.

- Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are welcome; emotional support animals are not permitted.
How to Bid
Your bid on this condo rental is the total amount due, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. Be sure to check these extras if you are comparing to a hotel room, as they can add 8-15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years of age or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

Important Notes
- You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night; however, there are no refunds for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times strictly. Check-in is typically at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
