- A credit card is required for a $250 security deposit at check-in.
- Parking is available at the on-site garage: $12 per stay for owners, $15 for non-owners.
- Beach access, indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and fitness rooms are all on-site or within walking distance. A car is recommended for golf courses and other amenities not managed by Wyndham.
- Only deluxe suites offer a partial ocean view from the balcony.
- RVs and trailers are not allowed on the property.

This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must bring this certificate, along with a photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges. You must be 21 years or older to check in.

- You do not need to own a timeshare or attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are made in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night, but there are no refunds for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times: Check-in is typically at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
