- Only deluxe suites offer a partial ocean view from the balcony.

How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount payable, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. Be sure to compare with hotel rooms, as those extras can add 8-15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email, post, or your preferred method. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years or older to check in. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. As Platinum members, we occasionally cannot use all our vacation time, so we reserve great vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Additional Information
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, nor do you have to attend a timeshare presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night.
- The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out at 10:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
