How to Bid
Your bid on this condo rental is the total amount you will pay, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. When comparing to hotel rates, keep in mind that these extras can add 8-15% or more to your total stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email, post, or your preferred method. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.
About the Seller
My wife and I enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. As Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, the highest level of Wyndham membership, we sometimes cannot use all our vacations, so we reserve nice trips and make them available on eBay. Additional Information
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you are not required to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night.
- The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out incurs a fee.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
