How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount you will pay, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. When comparing to hotel rates, keep in mind these extras can add 8-15% or more to your total stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or post as requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.
