- Check-In Requirements: A credit card is required for a $250 security deposit at check-in.
- Parking: Limited parking; not suitable for large vehicles, boats, RVs, or trailers.
- Travel Advisory: Resort closure dates may change due to state and county regulations. If the resort is not open for your purchased dates, we will work with you to resolve the situation. This does not affect resort amenities and local attractions.
Note: It costs $99 to change the guest information on the reservation after the guest certificate has been issued.
How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount you will pay, excluding normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. When comparing to hotel rates, these extras can add 8-15% or more to your total stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent via email or post as requested. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

- Occupancy and Check-Out: The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee may apply.
