This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent via email or post. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must bring this certificate. You must be 21 years of age or older to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced. A photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges are required.

Occasionally, we cannot use all our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay. Additional Helpful Hints

1. You do not have to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the dates indicated. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. Your reservation will still be held for the specified period. If you don’t arrive, it will sit empty. However, no nights will be added for any unused nights, and no refunds will be issued.
3. The resort has a non-smoking policy in the units and buildings.
4. The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is usually at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
