How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount due, excluding optional purchases.

This condo is reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which will be sent via email or postal mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bringing the certificate and a photo ID. You must be 21 years or older to check in.

Additional Helpful Hints
- No timeshare ownership or RCI membership is required to bid. You do not have to attend a timeshare presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates; you do not need to arrive on the first night. If you don’t arrive, the reservation will remain empty; no refunds for unused nights.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times: check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
