This condo is reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or postal mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in with the certificate and a photo ID. You must be 21 years or older to check in.

- No timeshare ownership or RCI membership is needed to bid. No timeshare presentation required.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates; arrival on the first night is not necessary. If you don’t arrive, the reservation will remain empty; no refunds for unused nights.
- The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out fees may apply.
- No pets allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
