• When approaching the property entrance, look for the “Bonnet Creek Resort” sign and turn in immediately.
• Daily round-trip shuttle from the lobby to the Walt Disney World® Resort is available for a fee.
• A credit card is required at check-in for the $250 security deposit.
• The resort’s parking is limited and cannot accommodate large vehicles, boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Due to current travel restrictions, resort closure dates may change in response to state, county, and specific resort re-opening phases. Should the resort not be open for your purchased dates, we will work with you to resolve your situation.

Once a Guest Certificate has been issued, it costs $99 to change the guest information on the reservation. Any changes will require this fee.

How to Bid

Your bid on this condo rental covers the complete total, excluding optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, no sales tax or lodging tax, and no cleaning fees. Be sure to compare these extras when comparing to a hotel room, as they can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.

This condo is currently reserved in my name. When purchased, I will make arrangements to get a guest certificate in your name. The guest certificate will be sent via email, postal mail, or any preferred format. The registered guest must be present at check-in, and you must bring this certificate with you. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in, and these procedures are strictly enforced.

You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, the highest level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally, we are not able to use all our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Additional Helpful Hints

1. You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you are not required to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
2. Once reservations are put in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night; your reservation will be held for the entire time period. If you don’t arrive, there will be no additional nights added or refunds for unused nights.
3. The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
4. The resort reserves the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Late check-out incurs an additional fee.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
