- Look for the “Bonnet Creek Resort” sign at the property entrance and turn in immediately.
- Daily round-trip shuttle to the Walt Disney World® Resort from the lobby is available for a fee.
- A credit card is required at check-in for a $250 security deposit.
- Parking is limited and does not accommodate large vehicles, boats, RVs, or trailers.
- Due to current travel restrictions, resort closure dates are subject to change based on local reopening phases. If the resort is not open for your purchased dates, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Once a Guest Certificate is issued, changing the guest information will incur a $99 fee, which we will need to collect from you.
How to Bid
Your bid covers the complete cost, excluding optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. Be sure to check for these extra fees when comparing hotel stays, as they can add 8-15% or more to your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Once purchased, I will arrange to get a guest certificate in your name. The certificate will be sent via email, postal mail, or a preferred format. The registered guest must be present at check-in, and you must bring the certificate with you. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in, and these procedures are strictly enforced.
You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges.

Additional Helpful Hints
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you are not required to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Once the reservation is in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night; your reservation will be held for the full time period. However, there are no refunds or added nights for unused stays.
- The resort enforces a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort reserves the right to enforce occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Late check-outs incur a fee.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
