How to Bid

Your bid on this condo rental is the complete total you will pay, excluding any normal optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. Be sure to check these extras if you are comparing to hotel room prices, as they can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.

This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange to issue a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent to you via email, postal mail, or your preferred method. The registered guest must be present at check-in and must bring this certificate. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in; these procedures are strictly enforced.

You will need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges.

My wife and I love traveling in style with Wyndham. We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the highest level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally, we cannot use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve beautiful vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Helpful Hints

1. You do not have to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
2. Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night; the reservation will still be held for the entire period. If you don’t arrive, there will be no refunds for unused nights.
3. The resort has a non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
4. The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out incurs an additional fee.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
7. Cancellations are not permitted.
