How to Bid
Your bid is the total amount you will pay for this condo rental, excluding optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. If comparing to a hotel room, keep in mind that these extras can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate to be issued in your name, which will be sent via email, postal mail, or your preferred method. The registered guest must present the certificate and a photo ID at check-in, and must be 21 years or older.

My wife and I enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. As Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, we occasionally have more vacations than we can use. We reserve these vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy, helping us recover some costs. Helpful Hints
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you will not be required to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night of your stay. The reservation will be held, but unused nights will not be refunded or extended.
- The resort has a strict non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee will be applied if necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
