Your bid represents the complete cost of this condo rental, excluding any optional purchases. There are no hidden charges, sales tax, lodging tax, or cleaning fees. When comparing to a hotel room, remember that these extras can add 8% to 15% or more to the total cost of your stay.
This condo is currently reserved in my name. After purchase, I will arrange to have a guest certificate issued in your name, which will be sent via email, postal mail, or your preferred method. The registered guest must present the certificate and a photo ID at check-in and must be 21 years or older.

Helpful Hints
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you will not be required to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the specified dates. You do not need to arrive on the first night of your stay. The reservation will be held, but unused nights will not be refunded or extended.
- The resort has a strict non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee will be applied if necessary.
- Pets are not allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages or theft.
