This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, which can be sent via email or mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be 21 years of age or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

4. The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out at 10:00 AM, with a late check-out fee applied for extended stays.
