This condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be 21 years of age or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You are not required to arrive on the first night; however, no refunds or additional nights will be granted for unused nights.

- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out at 10:00 AM, with a late check-out fee applied for extended stays.
