The condo is currently reserved in my name. Upon purchase, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name, sent via email or mail. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring the certificate, and be 21 years or older. A photo ID and credit card for incidental charges are required.

Additional Information
- No Timeshare Required: You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. No attendance at a timeshare sales presentation is necessary.
- Reservation Ownership: Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night of your stay. The reservation will be held for the specified time, but no refunds or extra nights will be granted for unused nights.
- Non-Smoking Policy: The resort enforces a strict non-smoking policy in all units and buildings.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee applies for any guests checking out past the deadline.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Check-in Requirements: A credit card imprint and picture ID are required at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or theft.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted.
