This condo is currently reserved in my name. When purchased, I will arrange for a guest certificate in your name. This certificate will be sent to you via email, mail, or any method you prefer. The registered guest must be present at check-in, bring this certificate, and be 21 years of age or older. You will also need a photo ID and a credit card for incidental charges.
About the Seller
My wife and I thoroughly enjoy traveling in style with Wyndham. We are Platinum members of Wyndham Resorts, which is the highest level of Wyndham membership. Occasionally, we are unable to use all of our Wyndham vacations in a given year, so we reserve nice vacations and make them available on eBay for others to enjoy. Additional Information
- You do not need to own a timeshare or belong to RCI to bid, and you do not have to attend a Timeshare Sales presentation.
- Once reservations are in your name, the unit is yours for the indicated dates. You do not have to arrive on the first night; your reservation will still be held. However, there will be no refunds or additional nights for unused stays.
- The resort has a non-smoking policy in the units and buildings.
- The resort enforces occupancy levels and check-out times. Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A late check-out fee applies for any guests checking out past the deadline.
- No pets are allowed.
- A credit card imprint and photo ID are required at check-in. Any damage or theft is the responsibility of the guest.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
